    Default 95 Neon Alternator

    Who has replaced one on this car? How easy or hard is it?

    Its pretty easy just make sure to remove the bracket holding the alternator, take it out from the bottom its possible to get it from the top as well but you got to work it some.

    Why not its cheap, affordable and considered a sleeper to most. There's potential in any car given I would drive what your driving as well; sti is it. But making the best of what you got is essential in this sport of tuning your car lata!

    Held in with two bolts and the adjuster bolt. Simple as can be all you need is a 15mm and 13mm socket and wrench and your set. 10mm socket to take the cable off the alternator. No need to take any bracket off, take it out from the bottom, save yourself any frustration. Shouldn't take long at all.

    Yeah Ive took it off both ways bracket on and bracket off comes off much easier with bracket off too trust me, the bracket you know which one im talking about you prolly mention it I think its just there for support. it has three bolts to it 2 at top one at bottom! But anyway its easy overall statement! lata
