    Default CV Boot blown :(

ahh so i found my cv boot was blown....i heard the ticking....then it felt as if my tire went flat and i was riding on the rim....i slowed down to pull over, checked it out and my rim and tire were fine....then i start drivin again, maybe 5 mins later it happens again....i slow down and it stops....is all this cause my CV Boot is busted or could it be somethin more serious?....my friend ( who works on cars all day) said my car would shake alot since my boot is busted but this shit was riduclous....
experts input is very appreciated or discussing experiences would also help.
    Thanks

    Just saw the thread B.

If you replace your CV boot in time (before the clang clank crackle) you're good $15 and you're set.

You just have to check the inside of your wheels periodically for the nasty grease (most people never even think to check.

I was able to catch on my girl's and my car before it got too ugly.
