Im located in covington, GA.. I tried snapping some vice grips on there... it just didnt move anything.. it shaved some metal off the bolt that was it.. tried that like a week ago... i keep pb sprayed on the bolt then i wipe it off before it try the bolt... no luck ...

I just bought some stripped bolt remover set by craftsman i got from sears.. gonna try it this after noon and see what happens...

i suggest the craftsman kit he posted, but i believe i bought the irwin? setup from advanced auto and it worked excellent. just tap the socket on with a hammer. try getting it as far as possibly because when you push down on the socket wrench it will twist the socket off unless you apply pressure on the socket wrench to keep it from torquing sideways when you twist it.
