i have a problem like that, when im pulling up a small hill while turning, as my back tire gets close to the start of the hill and its being pushed down by the strut to stay on the ground it makes some clunkitybunk noise as the tire gets going up the hill and starts compressing the strut back together. i think its my sleeves getting caught up on something.

haha i dont know if you know what im talking about, it was hard to explain. yours do something like that too?? (if u can figure out what i was trying to say.)

Sounds like you left out the rubber gasket when you installed it.

it will be a hard knock if that is loose at all....most likely the spring may be a little too big for the sleeve...or the sleeve is a little too big for the shock, but it's all one piece right on it right?

its not so much a knock well i guess it is but all my bolts are tight. they are number 1 coils if that helps. the spring and sleeves all came together but you think they might be to big for the shock? it only shakes in the back i think the back shocks are fairly new.
