    why not just spend the $35 from certafit to get a correct one?

    Okay, didn't know if I needed to do the entire front end swap: headlights, hood, fenders, grill & bumper....! Just found out I do....

    I've got the correct front bumper on my 98 civic lx 4dr but I would like to have the front bumper with the foglight holes on the outside instead of having to buy them for the stock bumper I have now & bolt them to the inside of the bumper....!
