JDM H22a starts then dies.

Car: 94 accord lx with h22a swap. p13 ecu

Only happens ever so often.. it wont crank.. or when it does it dies almost instantly. Revving it doesn't help either.

CEL codes: 16 (Fuel injectors) and another for the o2 sensor.

I have put a new o2 sensor and there and it still kicks the code.
I just replaced my main relay switch and it starts more often now.. but keeps dieing.
ALL help is appreciated. Need the car fixed.

check your resistor box and/or Pull the fuel injectors.
