HELLLL NO!!! that crank is DONE!!! unless you take it out of the motor get it to a machine shop so they can weld it up and tap it for you and re balance that. but all that is probably not worth all that money and time. just fine a new crank and rebuild the motor. or trash it and find a junkyard motor.
