Smoke & Bad Smelll..

Ok so ive recently done a tune up on my car along with spark plugs
and i notice that sometimes when i downshift or i take off in first gear SOMETIMES it lets out smoke "white" or when its warming up in the morning it smells a little like smoke coming from the exhaust
& btw i have a catback from the catalytic back..

so what can be causing this smoke? and smell???

White smoke is usually fuel, blueish is oil. ( if I am not mistaken) White could also be coolant, does it have a sweet or distinct smell?

i always thought fuel was black smoke. coolant is usually white smoke.

Could be, I am only dealing with blue.......and its sucks and stinks, blow by FTL
