Carb help??

Whats up guys, i recently traded my bike for a 99 R6.
The bike was good for about a week until i took the rediculous dual straight pipe off.
I put a stock header back on with a yoshimura slip on then my problems arouse.
The bike was getting wayy too much gas and bogging down really bad.
I adjusted the needles (which were out all the way) to two notches down.
Now its running alot better but still spits and sputters really bad and has power sometimes but most of the time doesnt have any at all.
Does anybody know a good shop to take it to to get them cleaned out and readjusted to the exhaust?
And around how much should this cost me?
