    Default cel 9 on a da teggy

    So I've been surfing the web lol looking for solutions for this cel but I can't get a clear explanation for it,some sites say its a distributor issue,some say this cel has to be fixed with other cels,can someone(barefoot) shed a light on this matter?
    92 DA9 with a b20 on 8lbs daily
    DALLAS 8-4 1st in the nfc east
