Question LS automatic swap into automatic civic...question...

I was wondering did anyone do a LS auto swap into a civic...I'm trying to figure out what else is needed...because I have the complete swap (motor, trans, mounts, axles, and ecu)...I also wonder is anything else missing...I'm doing this swap for my dad...thanks to anyone with the info...

The wiring is a nightmare and I won't suggest doing the swap. The civic auto trans is controlled by the ecu while the LS auto tranny has a TCM that is seperate. The wiring for the TCM in integrated in then entire chassis harness and would be very difficult to add to a civic. If you run the LS off the civic ecu it will only have 1-2 gears. This is for the OBD1 stuff but I am not sure on OBD2 stuff.
