What seals or gasket are needed?

Ok, i have a 94 Integra LS/vtec. I'm about to replace the pistons, rods, cam shafts, and valve springs. I have rods, crank, and thrust bearings. What else would i need? I know i need new cam seals, distributor, head valve, and oil pan gaskets. Am i missing anything else?

Depends on what you want to replace?

Rod and Main bearings is a MUST tho..oil pan gasket also..

O and Head gasket.


Just buy a FULL "rebuild" kit..
