Default What kind of rods would be good???

I know this might be a little noobish but I am thinking about doing ls/vtec or b20/vtec. My question is what kind of rods would be good to run in one of those setups. PLEASE HELP?????

B20vtec ftw. Get some arp rod bolts and you are set.
