    b20 with a gsr tranny......trust me, it will leave with smiles for months and you wont have to revv the living daylights out of it to make torque

    I would go with a B20b swap. Its not a 1.6 liter. I had a ls block with a b20b head with a gsr tranny beating b16 all day.

    I agree, B16s are so weak. TQ will make a major difference even if the HP in the B20 isn't attracting you, add a short geared tranny to a B20 and it will be a whole lot quicker than a B16.
