    Default Carpet Cleaning

Ok so I have BLACK carpet. Not like, kinda black mixed with gray, but straight up BLACK. I'm assuming that the P/O of the car had a dog, cause there are tiny hairs and shit in the carpet, and then some fine sediment and what not. How can I get it out? A shop vac doesnt seem to work too well so what are my other options? there are no stains so I really dont want to replace the carpet for some dumb shit, but I hate looking at it.

just short of pulling the whole carpet out so you vacuum it. When i had a couple carpets out i would hit it with my hand and some of the settled dirt at the bottom would work its way to the top and i could shop vac it up. Literally small dirt particles would come up to the top and i would vac it up..

what my dad does at his car lot is pull the carpet out, hang it up and use a pressure washer to blast the shit outta it....he does that for stained carpet but im sure it wiill work with this too. i mean i know its kinda extreme but if the hair bothers yo that bad then go for it.

Pet hair can come out easy by wearing rubber gloves and just massaging the carpet. Then do as mach said, air compressor + vacuum, but also include hitting the carpet with the vacuum just nearby along with brushing the carpet fibers with a stiffer bristle brush.
