    its more than likely an issue with the ECU. It's been a while since I fooled with Honda ECU's, but IIRC, they have a driver board for the injectors attached to the main board. You injectors are either 2 OHM or 12-14 OHM. Start with a multimeter and check all 4 injectors. IF they are all either 2 or 12 OHM, then you have an ECU issue. If you had a break in the injector harness somewhere, if can fry the driver part of the board.

    Power comes from the main relay, not the ecu.

    again, my bad......havent touched Hondas since 97 or so........
