Default 3rd Clutch Master Cylinder in 6 months. Help?

I just blew my 3rd Clutch Master Cylinder in 6 months. Is there a company that makes an upgraded one? Or would a Honda direct part be better? Thats assumming Majestic Honda carries it.

it's getting really old, lol. I JUST got the Prelude running right and was in the process of wiring in my Emanage. Took it for a drive, came out of 1st, felt like I missed 2nd, got it in, then wouldn't go into 3rd... or any other gear. Coasted into a parking lot.

some people are way to trusting of autozone parts.....my 2 cents. im so past buying autozone crap....i swear. you use a starter and its out in 6 months, use one of their axles and it leaks grease all over. every part ive used from them fails and i have to replace it again.

^ I do love that "lifetime warranty" on axles though. Even though they refuse after the third break.

Looks like I'll be hunting down oem. Thanks guys.

A large portion of Autozone parts don't have warranties on them, that's a major reason why you get horrible parts. You get what you pay for.

really? hmm, Maybe it just depends on the store. A friend of mine went with his third or forth axle that broke from launching and they said it was "abuse".

I looked at Majestic, they have the part, but its $125. Thats pricey considering I have to get my exhaust rerouted, and get a tune. But I think I may bite the bullet anyways.

it's lifetime warranty, they cant prove for shit its been abused, talk to a manager, get it replaced and next time it breaks, head to a different autozone store lmao

x2...that's what i am saying....i've never even seen these things go bad....did you bleed it out good when you changed it...it might be air pockets rolling back and forth in the lines making you think its gone out

Stage 4 Zoom clutch. Its a 4 puck. Only thing that will hold 350+ while still being easy enough to drive on the streets, IMO.

The Slave is new. Changed it about 3 months ago. A friend of mine had a tool to bleed the system, I think it used vaccuum, or something like that. Im planning on just getting another OEM part. I was hoping someone would find some hidden internet gem that sold a stronger one. Oh well.

a 4puck unsprung is overly abusive for 350...you probably getting manmade whiplash like a mofo haha

omnipower makes aftermarket clutch master cylinders, but i dont know if they are any good http://www.omnipowerusa.com/product.asp?P_ID=132

Omni power ones are good, but IMO from cars I've driven with them.. Its tricky, the pedal is literally half what it used to be and its real stiff
