    Default Need to find a good shop that specialize in Nissans

    Hello IA this is my first post on this site which I have grown to love and frequent several times a day. Here is my question.

    Make: Nissan
    Year: 1995
    Model: 240sx SE
    Details: I just bought this car fairly cheap and it had a motor swap from a KA to a SR20 (non-turbo). The check engine light is on and I took it to the Nissan Dealership to have the codes pulled. I came to find out that there are about 8 electrical codes ranging from Speedometer not being hooked up, to O2 sensors not being present. From what I gather it seems the whole swap was done half-assed.

    Question: Knowing that the dealership will charge me more to fix the car than what the car is worth, what I am looking for is a good shop that can finish the electrical portion of this swap and possibly go back and double check that the rest of the swap was done correctly. I live in Lawrenceville and would like to find a local shop or even within a reasonable distance. I could probably fix some of these myself but I am a novice and don't like fooling with electrical.

    Take it to Z1 Motorsports in Carolton.

    Life begins at 6000 RPMS.. You will notice an audible change in engine noise, large increase in acceleration and any female passengers will immidiately start to remove their clothing.

    Mainstream Performance .com is your best bet, they do awesome work for a reasonable price its a drive for you, but its worth it.

    Only shop i can think of in Lawrenceville is Zen Motors, may want to check with them too.

    We work with 240s and nissans every day and are sr20det and sr20de specialists. We are in Smyrna, GA.
