I had 2 blown fuses (fuse box under hood), replaced 1 & nothing, replaced other and MAGICally everything works! Weird Hondas ..

Thanks to everyone for the advice, good or bad. Reps if I can to whoever I can get to ..

No it wasn't doing all the crazy stuff, i missed that part but it was very similar and was a bulb problem.
