May sound stupid but if i fix coolant lines the way they are supposed to go it'll run fine? and the only two lines i remember swithing are the ones on top of manifold. one runs to fuel rail and other comes somewere unded i.m. reason y was because the one from the fuel rail to manifold was to short so i conected it to the one it could reach. and wen i got the manifold the one on the left was capped off so i figured it didnt matter if i switched them around.
