break in period for clutch?

i'm installing an exedy clutch in my 98 civic(b16a-gsr tranny) for the break in period can i just get on the interstate and ride the fuck out or do i have to drive in the city where i'm shifting gears??? please let me know asap!!! thanks.

logic would tell me in order to wear it down a little (break it in) you would need to shift gears (as in pull the disc off the flywheel then put it back against the spinning flywheel multiple times)...but i guess you could drive down the interstate with your foot on the clutch holding it down a couple inches (good way to roast the flywheel and burn up the disc though).
