    Default Se-r question

ok, so my wife has an 03 sentra GXE. she wont let me do a sr20 swap (yet). she wants an intake so she can have "a little growl" coming from the engine bay. problem is i cant find one for the GXE. my question is will an intake from an SE-R work for the 1.8? the setup of the engine in the bay is very similar but im not sure. reps for help. pre-shate it.

i would think it would but with such a simple thing like an air intake i wouldn't see a problem to ghetto rig it to make it fit

The throttle body may be smaller than 3in on the GXE, but I'm not sure. All you would have to do is get a different coupler. Other than that it should fit the same.

Just go to Pep Boys or Autozone and buy a new coupler.

Life begins at 6000 RPMS.. You will notice an audible change in engine noise, large increase in acceleration and any female passengers will immidiately start to remove their clothing.
