    Exclamation car reving high prob.

ok i had cel light p1509 on my 97 civic ex. the motor it has is a d16y7 non-v. so i did every thing i had to do to fix the problem which was to make my iacv a 3 wire plug instead of 2. i changed every thing i had to change but when we put the y7 tb it started to idle normal and wen i would step on the gas it would act like if it didnt want to go and them it would idle high around ( 2-3rpm ). does any body know why this is happing or it is soppose to be be like that because of the diffrent iacv on there ?
