    Default Motor mount problem

this started about 2 weeks ago just when i took it ut in the mornng, but now when i accelerate even slighty hard, it feels as tho my engine rises up then drops pretty hard when i let off. could it be the mounts? i cant step on it without feeling like my engine will fly out. if im really on the gas my car shakes madly and doesnt pull nearly as well as it should

im driving an LS swaped EF hatch

what can i do to fix? new motor mounts? is there a simple fix?

look at the motor while someone else steps on the gas. If the motor rocks could be the mounts. Check all the bolts first, make sure the rear T bracket has all it's bolts in and look at the D brackets on the AC and front tranny mounts.
