Take a test light or a multimeter and start checking every fuse / relay under the dash and under the hood with the car off and the key out of the ignition. A few things (like the radio) should have a small power draw with the key off but eventually you should come across a hot fuse that shouldn't be hot. Once you find what circuit the draw is coming from its basic trouble-shooting from there... if you've added anything to that circuit (system, fogs, etc...) then you probably wired something to a constant... if you haven't added anything to that circuit start tracing wires and looking for a short...
