bag of rice on each side of the hood to prop it up.
Two on each side of the hood, inbetween hood and hinge.
hot air son!
space it out with washers.....shits fucking gay though. Might as well paint the car multiple colors or maybe even primer LOL
LOL but what you do is un-bolt the hood and put the washers between the hood and the hinges. May need longer bolts, im not sure.
Im sure glad im not JDM
the lifted hood acts like a down force dont forget about that
i use it to slide slices of bread and cheeze into my engine bay..... best way to make a grilled cheese.....
i keep a spatula lots of bread and cheese in the glove box in case the hose get hungry.....
wrong. it actually originated when drifters were fighting overheating issues. they raised the hood in the rear so that it would ventilate hot air more efficiently. most people do it on hondas for two reasons, 1. their gayer than Richard Simmons on valentines day, 2. they need the extra hood clearance for their intake manifold.
Looking good and functional are 2 different things. On a side note I doubt his engine gets hot enough to warrant that. Why the hell would you want your body lines not lined up. Does anybody really think this looks good? If it needs it for racing/drifting then so be it but just for aesthetics?![]()
No one needs it for racing. Hondas are designed to vent heat through the bottom of the car. Lifting the hood is counter productive. Its only meant for the cars with swaps that dont clear the hood
