i bought an 8000k dual beam kit from them for my truck and whenever i would turn on my high beams, then try to go back to the low beams, they would get stuck on high until i went over a bump or something. then they would eventually come down... this happened no matter how long they were on and i got tired of it, plus the color wasn't workin for me so i sold em n got me some 6000k HIDsdid either of you try contacting them to get the problem resolved? i had an issue with a ballast on my set and he was more than willing to work with me and replaced the bad part quickly and with no questions.
