    im pretty sure i reinstated the fine after i pay the 25 right? i talked to them on the phone and got it all done after the day of the ticket.

    If you haven't been up there since you got insurance with Esquire, then no, you haven't gotten your tag renewed. You can't reinstate a tag if you have no insurance. Later, QD.
