    Default distr help

    i got a 96 civic dx. i put a z6 head on a b7 bottom end. i got the jumper harness and the obdi ecu. however i cant get the distr to work properly. when its bolted up it wont crank and to get it to crank i have to turn it back to far for it to bolt up. the distr is the stock y7 one.

    u need a z6 dizzy with a obd1-obd2a dizzy conversion harness. pm wurm i know he has 1.

    No a Z6 dizzy will NOT work as he is using the 96 harness will not connect unless you edit the plug...You need a 96 EX dizzy!!! Y8

    ok so i either get the z6 and edit the plug or get the y8 dizzy?

    y8 will be plug and play, z6 will be in need of a jumper, or repinning. Either will work.

    Correct but a Y8 will bolt right up and plug right in!

    Which you wanna do alittle extra work for no reason as you can get a working Y8 Dizzy from Bowdown101 cheap and be done with the head ach's
