i know walton, bartow, floyd, and hall don't need emissions on this list, however emissions was supposed to be statewide by 2011. hopefully the govt drags it's feet and can't get organized enough by then. i enjoy being in non-emissions county now.

at least i had a year w/o emissions. damn the govt ahead of schedule. there is $ involved for them...it figures.

Damn, the only thing I liked about living in Walnut Grove (Walton County) was no emissions and the liquor store....
