    Talking Honda Crx Si striping

Okay so here is the deal I have took everything out of the hatch for the most part, it has no power steering, and I am asuming no ac. Im not sure on the ac b/c i just got the car. I am wondering what else I can do to make this car as light as possible. Also I am about to start a build on this car and I am wondering what motor and what all I should do to make this a low 10 sec car.oh and the crx is a 90.

If it has a sunroof, replace it with lexan.

pull window washer stuff, pull misc nuts and bolts out of the interior. Pull passenger seat and seat belt. pull passenger mirror. I think the 88-89 doors are lighter, I know the hatch ones are. If it has rear disks the drums are lighter.

Start replacing parts with lighter ones. Battery, rotors, wheels, calipers, rear hatch, seat, control arms, hood, door glass.
