    You can check to see if theres power coming into the relay with a test light before you go buying one. There may also be a resistor for the blower motor, i just can't remember if theres one in the Eks or not.

    Ive done tons of these things on accords and TLs. Its not too often you see trouble with Civic/Integra blower motors. And i see no reps sir!
