    Default 2002 rsx type s. need some insight.

    okay so im in the market for a car and it has been a while since i have owned a honda and im not very up to date with them. so here it goes my buddy that i have know for a long time ownes a 2002 rsx type s. the car has a complete 2005 conversion. (bumpers, lights everything.) car has 95,000 miles
    mods include....
    - full exhaust with race headers
    - rotora bbk
    - 18 inch axis wheels w/ new tires
    - nuespeed race springs.
    - urethane motor mounts
    - a engine dampner
    - injen intake
    - some more suspention work is done to it as well
    my question is, he wants 9500! is it worth it should i buy this car?
