The transducer for the flux capacitor isn't catalyicing properly. It's probably too far advance and needs to be reflashed.

    could be this but also-

You know i thought about this all night. Here it goes, it might not be oil could be the blinker fluid over filling and spilling out on to the motor. this is caused by excessive blinking causing the fluid to overheat, so don't leave your blinker on to long. hope this helps

it is the flux capacitor, it's a hyper drive problem. before i got the updated version from marty in the future i used to cover windshields with oil when hitting vtec!!!!

I'll be willing to bet that the rings have a reverse taper on them.

if you don't burn oil on initial start up, I wouldnt worry about replacing the valve stem seals, your just waisting time imo full engine overhaul to fix that bud

in all seriousness 99% of honda's burn oil when they get some miles on them esp if you taking it to redline often. that doesn't mean you need to swap the motor just yet. how much oil is it going through. vtec runs on oil pressure you know and usually the rings go first and you burn some oil. post up how much it uses how often and how many miles you drive to do so. you should be ok just always check the level before driving.
