in the fuse box, under the hood, u cant miss it! its near the battery

or its on the passenger side, near the windshield.. it should be 2 relays, 1 for the a/'c and one for the blower motor.

i was thinking it was the relay. the only relays on those cars are in the fuse boxs by the battery.

    is the heat not working?

i cant find the manual i had for that car, but the previous years is soo much similar same chassis and everything. Its located next to the a/"c relay which is on the passenger side of the engine bay..top corner. under a rubber covering. because the resistor for the blower motor is on the plug of the blower motor, behind the glove box. You might want to check the fuse box, and look for a breaker button on top of the fuse box.. the previous years had a breaker button..
