You're asking if an ITR or GS-R intake manifold will fit on a B18B1 right? There are two differant B18c's...that is the engine code for both the japanese market ITR and GSR but the manifolds are completely differant and neither will fit the LS. The LS and B20 CRV intake should interchange though.

I think the stock B1 throttle body is 58mm.
