Default JDM B20 (98) INTO 99 DC HAVING CRANK SENSOR NEED HELP

I AM TRYING TO PASS EMISSION AND CHECK ENG. LIGHT IS ALWAY ON. SO I GOT IT CHECK AND CLEAR OUT THE CODE. START THE CAR, CHECK ENG. LIGHT CAME BACK ON AUTOMATICLY.

    SITUATION:

--99 INTEGRA LS TAKE IN WATER THROUGH MY COLD AIR INTAKE.
--ENGINE KNOCKS REALLY BAD SO FOUND JDM B20
--REPLACED THE USDM B18B WITH B20
--TRANFER ALL THE PARTS FROM LS TO JDM B20 BLOCK
--AND NOTICE THAT THE B20 DON'T HAVE CRANK SENSOR SO I USED THE LS CRANK SENSOR AND USED THE LS OIL PUMP TOO SO THE CRANK SENSOR WOULD FIT.
--EVERYTHING WENT WELL AND IT START AND RUN

WELL HERE SOME OF THE PROBLEMS:

--NOW THE CAR EAT A TONS OF GAS
--SMELL CAME OUT OF TAIL PIPE
--CHECK ENGINE ON ALL THE TIME
--THE CODE FOR THE ENG. LIGHT IS 1337 FUEL TOO LEAN--MECHANIC SAID THAT HAS A BAD SENSOR OR WIRE IS NOT CONNECTING
--THE CRANK SENSOR OF THE LS IS GOOD B/C I NEVER HAS ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE LS.
--AND IF I BUY A NEW CRANK SENSOR SHOULD BUY 1 FOR LS OR B20?

GUYS, PLEASE HELP ME OUT. IF ANYONE HAVE EXPERIENCE THIS OR ANYTHING THAT WILL HELP THAT WOULD BE GREAT. OR MAYBE YOU GUYS KNOW A SHOP THAT WOULD HELP ME OUT LET ME KNOW. THANK A BUNCH.
