    He still has an issue with the exhaust leaking out the Manifold or something.

    Hole or No hole..

    Check The Manifold Gaskets and collector gasket...

    true....i'd say to check your not missing any bolts holding your header n testpipe/cat together. 1 might be missing. also like was stated above check the condition of doughnut gasket. if your running a 2-piece header, check that gasket.
