When I cut the heat on in my car, it's not hot... AT ALL! Even when the car warms up, the air barley becomes warm.... It blows, and it sometimes gets hot, but more often then not, it only hits luke-warm. What could be the problem?

MY balls are pretty warm
theres probably a clog in the heat core. little antifreeze goes into the heater radiator. there for you get little heat. try back washing the heater radiator.
At least you have the components for heat. Little bastards stole the shit outta my car.
Just like you took out the a/c components out of the EG hatch! LOL.
Check the thermostat.

wear long johns!
...check the thermostat? really? he said the car warms up.
The issue is one of three things:
1) your heater core is blocked/clogged
2) the heater core bypass valve is not operating correctly
3) the heater core hoses are incorrectly attached or not attached at all.
Inspect those items and i promise you'll find the issue. If the hoses are not there at all, or are looped back around into the engine - use caution when connecting them and starting the engine up. They may have been done like that for a reason. (leaky heater core - too lazy to fix - lets loop the hoses)

change thermostat could not be the rite one , or do u have 1 in there.
Thanks for the replies! I was told it could possibly be a sticky thermostat, but I wanted to get some other opinions. I've never really messed with my heater core, so i'm not too familiar with how it works and whatnot.... eh, i'll figure it out.

Check this valve to make sure it is opening all the way. You can just reach down there with your hand and open it or have someone move the lever from hot to cold on the dash and see if the valve opens and closes.the heater core bypass valve is not operating correctly

If you car is reaching normal operating temps and stays there then your thermostat is fine.
