I'm about to do a full tune up on both my bikes(oil, oil filters, spark plugs and air filters) and flush the cooling system on my 99 GSX-R750.

I've done plenty of oil changes but never messed with the coolant on a motorcycle.

My question is is there a certain antifreeze I need to use (in the GSX-R) or will any premix antifreeze work?
