Default any place to restore a used gauge cluster?Mile count

Just got my new gauge cluster for the accord,Due to broken temp and fuel needles.

The Used cluster reads 95,xxx miles on it,When I have 139,xxx miles on the OEM one/car..Is there a place local or I can send the used cluster to get it re-calibrated to add the miles to it?

I know alot of people dont care and would rather see lower miles, but Id like to stay stock and technically legal.

The best thing you can do is keep the orginal cluster and the new one's reciept of purchase. Showing the date it was purchased and write down the mileage of the new cluster on the reciept.
