    Default Clear Coat Help

The clear coat on my trunk is gone bad. I don't wanna have to wait for it to bubble to peal it off. What is the best and quickest way to remove the clear coat with out damaging or removing the Paint ?

Yeah this is the original paint and i have to say the body and rest of the paint is pretty clean for a 96. The recent owner did a ok job of taking care of it. This damn trunk idk what happen to it or why its peeling so bad.

No its not that it would take awhile. I could wet sand all the clear off in less than 30 minutes. Its the fact that you wont be able to tell when to stop. So as soon as you broke through the clear and started sanding the paint.
