Emissions Test-Help Pass

i have a 1997 BMW 328i that needs to pass emissions. i will pay a reasonable price. please help me pass. florida doen't require emissions and i changed everything that needed to be changed but it still will not pass. please help me pass.i will pay a little extra for your help. thanks. please LMK ASAP

if you asking for help to pass as in help fix the problem, then okay.
