    Default HELP I'M COLD

I think my air vents are stuck closed. I can't get any air to flow out of my dash or floor or anything. My 99-00 climate control obviously isn't telling the vents to open when I twist the dial. So my question is, how do I manually open the vent that lets in air from the outside? I don't care if the fan motor works, I just want to be able to feel air coming out when I'm moving.

ok so no air flowing but the blower is coming on.

anything from a fuse, bad wiring, bad cable, mode control, heater control, or a few others.
