    Default Oxygen Sensor Help

    I bought a 96 civic with no exhaust just the header and i need to know where does the lower o2 sensor plug into at ? A picture of it or a diagram would be great +rep for help thanks

    if the cat is under the car (behind the exhaust manifold) it will have a plug that comes out around the shift linkage. If the cat is on the manifold (on the front of the engine) it will have a plug around the tranny area. Sorry I don't have pics. It should be pretty easy to locate

    x2 ....its near where you oil filter is go under the car into that area with a flashlight - - also if they removed that cat then they probably tucked the connector away but it should be like 5 inches from where your oil filter is if it is in the factory location
