I think only the jdm "B18C" engine (notice how i said B18C, not b18c1) came with the oil cooler. But you can just buy an aftermarker oil cooler and install it yourself, Its not that hard.

b18c has oil squirters for the pistons to help keep cool,i dont think b16 has them/
