    CEL it will come back on problem is not fixed... clearing the code doesnt fix anything

    You misunderstand. I re-wired just the IACV to the ECU and it cleared itself.

    my sisters car did the same thing. it would turn on fine and everything but as soon as you come to a stop the car will turn off. went to the dealership and they said it was the throttle body, that it was dirty. they clean it/flushed it and the car works perfectly again.
