Its a easy fix, the pan prob. doesn't have a drain in it but all you do is loosen all the bolts slightly all the way around the pan. Let what fluid is going to drain from that drain, then loosen them alittle more, and then alittle more. This will get the pan so its not completely full when you take it down. Take the pan off, clean the gasket off, clean the pan out. There will be a magnet in the pan so clean all the metal off it too.. At this point you need to replace not only the gasket but the filter too. To replace the filter you just pull it off making sure the o-ring comes off with it (I don't believe there is any bolts holding it on just a o-ring). put the new filter and new o-ring on just as the old filter came off. Replace the pan and gasket making sure the pan is tightened down evenly. replace fluid, and check for leaks... Leak is fixed and tranny is serviced too...
