...get under the dash and put a little white lithium grease on the spring and any pivot points of the linkage, sometimes you need to mix it with liquid graphite to thin it some so it will run down into all the tight spots.

The master cylinder doesn't have anything to squeak....hopefully anyways, it's just a plunger inside a cylinder.
