i had the same setup in my ef. it was fine till you got to sit in some traffic. then it was cable clutch + 2200lb pressure plate = in traffic.

you need to hit the gym and do some legs workout then.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I've always heard that like was mention before, the lighter flywheel will bog off the line in a launch, while the heavier flywheel snatches harder.

stock will keep you from falling out of vtec if on stock ecu because if too light a flywheel is used it will return to idle quicker so between gears it will fall out of vtec. noe if boosted i still run a stock gsr flywheel wich is a few pounds lighter than the thick ls and an xtd will slip with boost but is ok na . i had to go with a clutch masters fx500. is 6 puk unsprung dd.they have less pedal pressure and feel great with no required break in. had mine for 6 years no probs and has been through 3 trannys.
